Buying curtains is more of a process than just a quick shopping trip. We at Velana are aware of this fact. Actually, this was the main reason for creating Velana's customer services support.

Home advisory is just one part of that story and it is the growing one. More and more of our customers wish to be visited and guided in selecting curtains at their homes and offices. What does it look like? Customers just have to fill out the form on the internet site or make a phone call. Our adviser then visit them at home to show the curtain collections and decorative options, measures the window and wall dimensions and later prepares an offer. The customer ponders all aspects of the offer and finally decides whether it is suitable. In practice, more than 90% of potential customers choose the adviser's solution.

Velana has own sewing department, which turns massive curtains fabrics into individual solutions. Our capacities are large enough to cover large ad hoc orders on business-to-business field and also end customers orders from our retail chain.
